PilotPost ("PilotPost", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered personal brand content platform operated by PilotPost Pty Ltd, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

PilotPost is an artificial intelligence-powered personal brand content automation service. We:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use PilotPost. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@pilotpost.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
PilotPost offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Business) billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed at pilotpost.ai/pricing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise PilotPost to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who have not generated or published more than 5 posts. To request a refund, contact hello@pilotpost.ai within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds are at our discretion beyond this policy.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You own all content generated through PilotPost using your Brand Voice Profile. We claim no intellectual property rights over content produced on your behalf.
By using PilotPost, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your interview responses and connected account data for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.
The PilotPost platform, including its software, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by PilotPost and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform.
You agree not to use PilotPost to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.
PilotPost publishes content via official APIs of connected platforms (currently LinkedIn). You are responsible for ensuring your use of PilotPost complies with the terms of service of those platforms. PilotPost does not circumvent platform restrictions and publishes only through authorised API connections.
Connected platform accounts and API access may be suspended or revoked by the platform at any time. PilotPost is not liable for any such suspension or its consequences.
PilotPost uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your Brand Voice Profile. While we strive to produce high-quality, accurate, and appropriate content:
PilotPost applies an automated brand safety scoring system to generated content. Content scoring below our safety threshold is held for manual review rather than auto-published. However, this system is not infallible and does not constitute a guarantee that all published content will be appropriate for your audience or free from error.
Your use of PilotPost is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PilotPost, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PilotPost Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content published through your account; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 14 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through Account settings; all your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of PilotPost after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@pilotpost.ai to resolve any dispute informally before commencing formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PilotPost with respect to the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
